Product Introduction
TrackScan-P Optical 3D Tracking Scanner consists of a 3D scanner and an i-Tracker optical tracker. It uses intelligent optical tracking measurement technology and is equipped with a high-resolution smart camera. It can complete ultra-high-precision dynamic 3D measurement without sticking points. It can meet the diverse needs of quality control, product development, reverse engineering, automated measurement, etc. in the aerospace, automobile manufacturing, rail transportation, mold manufacturing and other industries.
TrackScan-P series 3D scanning system can be equipped with fill light module, which can provide more uniform illumination and support accurate measurement of circles, grooves and machined holes of sheet metal parts. The tracking measurement light pen can accurately obtain the boundary, circle, groove and other features of the workpiece; it works in collaboration with the robot to achieve intelligent online automated batch 3D inspection.
