    The hydraulic flying cut-off system tracks the moving profile and cuts it to the programmed length without interrupting the forming process.

  6. Automatic Run-Out Stacker
    Finished C and Z purlins are collected and arranged automatically for easier handling and subsequent transportation.


Heavy-Duty Roll Forming Tooling

The forming rollers are manufactured from GCr15 or Cr12MoV alloy steel and undergo hardening and vacuum heat treatment. This tooling configuration is intended to maintain forming accuracy and provide resistance to wear during extended production.

The multi-station forming structure gradually shapes the steel strip, helping achieve consistent C and Z profiles throughout the production process.
