High-Pressure Pulse Dust Collector for Air Pollution Control in Biomass Pellet Lines
The pulse dust collector is a small bag-type dust collector designed by our company after absorbing the advanced technology of similar foreign products and making improvements. This pulse bag filter adopts the technology of high-pressure (0.5-0.7Mpa) high-flow pulse valves to blow and clean each filter bag one by one. Compared with other single machines in China, the pulse dust collector has the characteristics of large cleaning energy and high efficiency. Moreover, it is small in size, light in weight, simple and compact in structure, easy to install and convenient to maintain (external filtration type). The pulse dust collector is widely used in the dust-containing gas purification treatment systems of enterprises in the building materials, metallurgy, mining, chemical, coal, biomass new energy, and non-metallic mineral ultrafine powder processing industries. It is an ideal equipment for environmental protection and dust removal.
