Class-rated Two-way and Three-way Plug Valves are high-pressure rotary valves designed in accordance with ASME B16.34 and other American standards, suitable for pressure ratings ranging from Class150 to Class900. They feature a conical or cylindrical plug structure, enabling the switching, distribution, or interruption of flow paths through a 90° rotation. The valves are available with threaded or flanged connections, offering a compact design and reliable sealing. 1.Two-Way Plug Valve (2-Way)**: Used for connecting or shutting off media, similar in function to globe valves or gate valves, but with faster opening and closing.
2.Three-Way Plug Valve (3-Way)**: Features one inlet and two outlets (or vice versa). By rotating the plug.
the following flow paths can be achieved:1. L-Type Flow Path: Switches the flow direction between two outlets (one inlet to one outlet, with the other outlet closed). 2. T-Type Flow Path: Enables flow merging (two inlets to one outlet) or flow splitting (one inlet to two outlets).
