Such arc is called plasma arc. The plasma arc energy is highly concentrated and the temperature reaches a very high degree ( about 1 ~ 20,000 degrees ). The generated high temperature rapidly heats and melts the alloy powder with the substrate surface, forming a high-quality alloy welding layer on the substrate surface.
