4.1 Machine Features
● Test conditions are set via computer screen and can be saved. Settings can
be selected from drop-down menus or directly entered (including test type,
direction of motion, load measurement range, stroke measurement range, stroke
origin position, measurement speed, total number of measurements, pause time,
waiting position per interval, and number of empty pressure/tension cycles).
● Graphics can be saved and printed (load-stroke curve, load decay life
curve, inspection report).
● Test results can be added arbitrarily; simply add conditions and
recalculate, no need to re-measure.
● The computer displays and records the torque curve and performs life
analysis.
● Simultaneously displays torque-angle curve and torque decay curve.
● Overload protection function for the load cell ensures its safety.
● The machine uses a servo motor with a precision reduction mechanism,
ensuring testing accuracy even under prolonged use.
● Laser alignment of the shaft center for product testing is convenient and
fast.
● For products of varying heights, we employ an automatic lifting module that
can be freely adjusted up and down to the desired height, eliminating the need
for manual rotation and saving effort.
● Load unit display: N.m, N.mm, gf.cm, kgf.cm, all freely switchable.
● Over-specification stop (During lifespan testing, the machine automatically
stops when test data exceeds the set upper and lower limits).
● Measurement items: Maximum forward value, maximum reverse value, interval
value, average value, etc.
● Report header content can be freely modified (both Chinese and English are
supported).
● Text reports can be transferred to Excel for editing.
4.2 Software Introduction
4.2.1 Push-Pull Load-Stroke Curve
● Directly displays and stores the displacement and force value changes for
each test. (X-axis represents stroke, Y-axis represents force)
● Each measurement graph can be traced using a crosshair cursor to interpret
the load and stroke values corresponding to each measurement point, with a
minimum resolution of 0.01mm.
● Curves are automatically stored by the computer and can be zoomed in and
out at any time. Multiple curves can be displayed on a single sheet, with a
scroll bar display for easy browsing.
● Simultaneously displays the "Load-Stroke Curve" and the "Lifespan
Curve".

4.2.2 Lifetime Curve Graph
● Report header content can be modified at any time.
● The report can display the maximum, minimum, and average values of each
curve.
● The report can display the upper and lower limit test specification
lines.
● Multiple lifetime curves can be displayed simultaneously.

4.2.3 Test Reports
● Test reports are automatically generated (A4 size) and can be exported to a
file (such as Excel) or directly exported via network.
● Report header content can be modified at any time.
● Automatic calculation: maximum value, minimum value, average value,
difference, standard deviation, decay rate, CPK index
● Upper and lower limit test values can be entered; exceeding
specifications automatically results in OK or NG.
