Main Equipment Features
Four-Sided Drum Molding Structure: The molding template adopts a four-sided drum configuration, allowing continuous forming and improving production efficiency.
High-Speed Forming: The molding section operates at approximately 15 plates per minute, supporting stable continuous production.
Integrated Preheating and Drying: The system combines wet blank molding with preheating and drying to improve production continuity and finished product consistency.
Heavy-Duty Hot Pressing: The hot pressing section provides up to 30T of pressure to help achieve uniform forming and structural strength.
Flexible Heating Options: The drying system can use natural gas, LPG, or diesel according to the customer's available energy source and production conditions.
Efficient Circulation System: A 55KW circulation fan helps distribute heated air throughout the drying section for more uniform drying performance.
