Production Capacity

The company possesses a complete range of machining equipment; it has self-developed shot blasting and sandblasting environmental dust removal equipment to ensure that all sheet metal and welded parts are shot blasted and strengthened; and it has highly skilled casting, sheet metal welding, and machining technicians and installation teams.

Besides standard parts such as motors, reducers, fans, bearings, and electric hoists, all other components, including sheet metal welds, machined parts, and castings, are manufactured in-house, facilitating quality control. Quality Commitment

The product quality is covered by a one-year warranty. During the warranty period, the company is responsible for repairing or replacing any faults or damaged parts (excluding consumable parts and human-caused damage) that occur during normal use.

If quality problems arise during product use, the company will, within 24 hours of receiving notification from the user:

1. Respond via telephone or fax.

2. Dispatch maintenance personnel, ensuring that "personnel will not return to the company until the fault is resolved."
