DANPORE offers a complete range of PFA flare connection valves, engineered for ultra-high-purity (UHP) fluid control in semiconductor, electronic chemicals, and photovoltaic applications. Our flare connection valve family includes diaphragm valves, ball valves, and check valves – each designed with an all-PFA/PTFE wetted flow path with no metal contact to process media, delivering ultra-low ionic extractables meeting G4–G5 purity grades for the most demanding high-purity applications.

PFA (perfluoroalkoxy) is a high-performance fluoropolymer that combines the exceptional chemical resistance and high-temperature stability of PTFE with melt processability. Our PFA flare connection valves deliver exceptional chemical resistance against aggressive acids, alkalis, organic solvents, CMP slurries, and photoresist chemistries. The smooth, non-stick PFA surface prevents particle adhesion, resists fouling, and minimises pressure drop, making these valves ideal for semiconductor chemical delivery systems (CDS), high purity chemical transfer, and ultrapure water piping systems where contamination control is critical.

The flare connection offers significant advantages for semiconductor and UHP applications: reliable sealing with minimal particle generation, low internal dead volume that reduces fluid entrapment, compatibility with standard PFA tubing systems, and simple field installation without welding or special tooling. The connection is designed to accommodate thermal cycling and vibration in demanding process environments. Available in standard Parflare or compatible flare configurations.

Our PFA flare diaphragm valves feature a weir-type body that minimises dead volume. The diaphragm seals the bonnet from the flow path, ensuring zero leakage to the atmosphere. Manual handwheel or pneumatic actuation options available.

Our PFA flare ball valves provide quarter-turn on/off control with a full-port design. The PFA-coated ball rotates within PTFE seats for bidirectional shut-off and low torque operation.

Our PFA flare check valves automatically prevent reverse flow without external actuation, protecting upstream equipment.
