This Dual-phobic PTFE Pleated Cartridge Filter Series is engineered with a specially modified biaxially oriented microporous PTFE membrane that exhibits both hydrophobic and oleophobic properties, effectively resisting water vapor and oil mist penetration to maintain unimpeded gas flow. The cartridge incorporates polypropylene support layers, outer cage, and end caps, with a center rod available in either polypropylene or stainless steel options to balance weight reduction and structural strength. Seal rings are offered in silicone, fluoropolymer-coated, and perfluoroelastomer materials to accommodate diverse operating conditions ranging from standard service to corrosive and high-temperature gas environments.

The filter delivers high gas permeability with low operating resistance while maintaining excellent chemical stability against acidic and alkaline media. Maximum continuous operating temperature reaches 80°C, with pressure ratings of 0.80MPa forward at 25°C and 0.22MPa reverse at 80°C. Extractable levels remain below 20mg per 10-inch cartridge and endotoxin content under 0.25 EU/mL. Every unit undergoes 100% integrity testing prior to shipment to ensure reliable bacterial and particulate retention without bypass risks.
