Incoloy 800HT (UNS N08811 / W.Nr. 1.4958) nickel-iron-chromium alloys that have the same basic composition as INCOLOY alloy 800 but with significantly higher creep-rupture strength.
Incoloy 800HT Key Features
Corrosion Resistance: The addition of nickel & chromium to 800HT ensures excellent carburization, oxidation, & sulfidation.
Organic Media Resistance: This alloy also flaunts great resistance to widely found organic media components such as acetic, formic, as well as propionic acids.
High Heat Fabrication: Alloy 800HT is known to fabricate easily in high heat between 1200°F & 1600°F. However, anything below this leads to improper fabrication.
High Resistance to Creep Rupture: Incoloy 800HT has better creep-rupture resistance strength as compared to Alloy 800 given the close control for Al, Ti, & C.
