steel plate specifically designed for use in metallurgical rolling mills and
related equipment—particularly in areas subjected to high impact and intense
friction. Manufactured using advanced alloying processes and heat treatment
technologies, it significantly extends the service life of critical mill
components, reduces maintenance frequency, and enhances production
efficiency.
Materials and Processing
Base Material: Low-carbon or medium-carbon steel substrate
Alloying Elements: Addition of elements such as Chromium (Cr), Manganese
(Mn), Molybdenum (Mo), and Vanadium (V) to enhance hardness and wear
resistance
Production Process:
Ladle Refining (LF/VD) to ensure compositional uniformity
Hot rolling and normalizing treatments to enhance substrate strength
Surface quenching or through-quenching followed by tempering to create a
high-hardness, wear-resistant layer
