Hanbang's horizontal high-speed laminating production line is a highly
efficient, precise, and automated special equipment for surface decoration
treatment of panel materials. It adopts a "horizontal" feeding method and is
specifically designed to quickly and smoothly laminate various decorative
materials (such as PVC film, PP film, decorative paper, thin veneer, fireproof
board, etc.) onto the surface of base materials (such as medium-density
fiberboard, particleboard, multi-layer board, etc.).

mode, with adjustable feeding speed, reaching up to 60 meters/minute or more,
far exceeding traditional manual production lines.

adapt to base materials of different thicknesses (such as 2mm-40mm) and sizes,
as well as various decorative materials.

3. Superior Surface Quality: High lamination flatness and uniform gloss,
achieving various surface effects such as matte, glossy, and soft-touch.

4. Highly Automated and Intelligent:

PLC central control system, touch screen human-machine interface, one-key
parameter setting and storage.

Automated continuous production, significantly reducing manual intervention
and labor intensity.
