I. Product Description and Application:
The pipeline cleaning device is installed at the pipeline's starting point
and intelligently cleans the pipeline based on operational conditions, ensuring
the smooth operation of the vacuum pipeline system.
The device monitors pipeline negative pressure. When the pressure falls below
a set value, the controller activates the pulse valve and micro-vacuum pump. The
negative pressure opens the vacuum diaphragm valve, allowing air to flow into
the main pipeline to clean the pipeline and prevent the formation of water
columns. The opening and closing time and number of cycles can be set on-site,
allowing for flexible adjustments based on site conditions. The cleaning device
also features a built-in manual valve, allowing for manual on-site
troubleshooting.
