Ketoxime-releasing RTV Silicone Rubber FL-1013

This product is a low-viscosity, flowable deoxime-type one-component
room-temperature curing silicone adhesive and potting compound. It undergoes a
hydrolysis-condensation reaction with moisture in the air, releases
low-molecular-weight substances, and then cross-links and cures into a
high-performance elastomer.

It exhibits excellent properties such as resistance to thermal cycling and
stress variation. It can withstand a wide range of temperatures, maintaining
elasticity and stability for long periods under both high and low temperature
conditions. Additionally, it features UV resistance and aging resistance, along
with outstanding performance in insulation, moisture protection, shock
absorption, corona resistance, leakage resistance, and chemical medium
resistance.

This product is non-swelling and demonstrates good adhesion to most metallic
and non-metallic materials. It can provide sealing and bonding for electronic
components without causing pollution to the surrounding environment.

1、Potting for LED modules, and insulation protection via thin-layer
potting;

2、Moisture and water proofing for optoelectronic displays, electronic
components, electrical modules, semiconductor devices, and circuit boards;

3、Coating for the outer surface of light bulbs, etc.;

4、Moisture/water proof encapsulation and insulation for delicate electronic
accessories, as well as coating protection for various circuit boards;

7、Elastic bonding for metallic and non-metallic materials;

8、Potting for various optical instruments, chemical equipment, sight
glasses, electrical equipment, small home appliances, etc.;

9、Waterproof and shockproof bonding for underwater instruments;

10、Elastic bonding and potting for various electronic and electrical
sensors;

For ordinary small-scale or thin-layer potting (the potting thickness is
generally less than 6mm; if it exceeds 6mm, one-component RTV adhesives capable
of deep-curing or two-component products should be selected).
