Its core principles can be divided into the following technical modules:

‌High-pressure pulse blasting technology‌

DOUBLE EAY mold water channel cleaning machine uses 2000-3000 bar
high-pressure water flow mixed with compressed air to peel off scale, rust and
other attachments on the pipe wall through positive and negative bidirectional
pulse oscillation. The bubbled compressed air produces an air explosion effect
in the high-speed water flow, forming a violent and strong scouring force,
causing impurities to fall off the inner wall of the pipe.

‌Multi-stage cleaning mode: ‌

DOUBLE EAY eddy current pulse cleaning‌: The eddy current is formed by the
rotation of the water flow, covering the bends and dead corners of the inner
wall of the pipe.

DOUBLE EAY forward and reverse pulse cleaning: Through the automatic
switching of water flow direction, the near and far waterways can achieve the
same efficient cleaning effect.

DOUBLE EAY ‌Water hammer pulse oscillation‌: Use high-frequency shock waves
to loosen stubborn sediments.

DOUBLE EAY ‌Electrolytic pulse stripping‌ (some models): Electrochemical
reaction decomposition of microorganisms or chemical residues.

‌Intelligent control system:‌

Equipped with Mitsubishi inverter/PLC/touch screen to automatically adjust
pressure/frequency, support online cleaning and real-time monitoring of flow
changes, automatic statistical data comparison before and after cleaning‌.
Typical equipment uses Mitsubishi PLC, SMC booster pump, Keyence ultrasonic
flowmeter and other precision components to ensure stability.

Multifunctional cleaning:

Leakage and pressure detection: 50 seconds to detect the air tightness of the
mold, up to 10 kg of high pressure test, to avoid repeated work delays due to
leakage after the mold is installed on the machine and need to be disassembled
again.

Positive pulse high-pressure eddy current cleaning: eddy current is formed by
water flow rotation, and the water flow direction is automatically switched to
achieve the same efficient cleaning effect for the near and far water
channels.

Flow detection: The flow before and after cleaning can be
manually/automatically detected and data can be automatically saved, with up to
tens of thousands of records. Provide customers with real, effective and
long-term data for analyzing mold water channel cleaning data.

Comprehensive filtration: The equipment is equipped with a high-efficiency
filtration device, and small particles as low as 100 mesh can be filtered.

‌Environmental protection advantages: ‌

The closed-loop system realizes the reuse of water resources, and does not
require highly corrosive chemicals to avoid environmental pollution. Compared
with traditional chemical cleaning, the risk of corrosion is lower.

The typical operation process includes: connecting the mold inlet and outlet
→ setting pulse parameters and cleaning time → automatic forward and reverse
pulse cleaning (including filtration recovery) → compressed air drying, and
online cleaning can be achieved without disassembling the mold throughout the
process.
